Acceptance of Terms
This Web site/Forum (the “Site”) is owned and operated by The
Water Rocket Achievement World Record Association (“WRA2”) and is made available
to you subject to the following terms of use (“Terms of Use”). By using the
Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and any
party on whose behalf you may access the Site. these Terms of Use may be changed
in the discretion of the WRA2 from time to time without notice, and you are
responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your
continued use of the Site after the posting of changes to the Terms of Use
constitutes your agreement to such changes.
Proprietary Rights, License
Grant and Use Restrictions
Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, the WRA2
grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view the
information available on the Site. You acknowledge that all information on the
Site is the exclusive property of the WRA2 or its licensors and is protected by
United States and worldwide copyright, trademark and other intellectual property
laws and treaties. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms of Use, you may

circulate, modify, disseminate, email, post or commercially exploit any such
information in any form by any means, including electronic, mechanical,
photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the
WRA2. Use of the Site is subject to your compliance with all applicable
international, federal, state and local laws and regulations. Third party Web
sites may not link to or frame any portion of the Site without the prior written
approval of the WRA2. Use of this site and the information contained within for
the purpose of solicitation is forbidden.
Security of Login Credentials
You may access
password-protected portions of this Site only through login credentials issued
directly to you by the WRA2, and any other access is prohibited and may be a
criminal act in some jurisdictions. You may not share your login credentials
with any other person or create duplicate credentials, and you are solely
responsible for all events resulting from use of your login credentials. You
must immediately notify the WRA2 at
admin@wra2,org if you
become aware of any disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorized use of your login
credentials.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Although the WRA2 uses commercially reasonable efforts to
keep the Site secure and operational, the Site and all information therein is
provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied,
including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. The WRA2 makes no warranties with
respect to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information on the
Site, or that the Site will be error-free or available for uninterrupted use.
The WRA2 may restrict, limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at
any time, without prior notice.

third parties. Site links are provided as a convenience to you, and The WRA2
does not endorse or approve such sites or the information, products or services
therein, and disclaims all warranties and liability in relation thereto.

directors, employees, vendors, licensors and contractors be liable to you or any
third party in relation to your use of or inability to use the Site, including
without limitation for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect or
punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost revenue, lost
profits, replacement goods, business interruption, loss of or damage to data,
interruption or loss of use of technology, rights or services, even if the WRA2
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the
WRA2’s total liability with respect to any claim or action, and all damages,
costs and expenses related thereto exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for use
of the Site.
Indemnification
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the WRA2 and
its officers, directors, employees, vendors, licensors and contractors against
any and all third party claims and actions, and all damages, costs and expenses
related thereto, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees,
arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.
Severability and Waiver
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is held
invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will
remain in full force and effect. the waiver of any breach or default of these
Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
Complete Agreement, Conflicts
These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement of the
parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior
agreements, understandings and communications in relation thereto. these terms
of Use may be amended only by the WRA2’s posting of superseding Terms of Use on
the Site. Violation of any of the terms of use may result in
access suspended/restricted/ or revocation (at the WRA2's discretion) to the
