Yes, I agree to the following. In return for allowing my participation in the The Water Rocket Achievement World Record Association (WRA2), (the "Association") I voluntarily assume all risk and responsibility for my physical condition and for any injury or damage that I suffer to my person or to any other person involved with or appearing in my submission or any damage to any property which may be sustained by virtue of my participation in the association or any of the competitions or contests sanctioned by the association. I further voluntarily release and discharge The WRA2, its directors, officers, employees and shareholders (collectively, the “Association”) from any injury or damage to my person or property, even injury resulting in the death of mine, due to negligence, carelessness or any other fault. Additionally, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Association harmless from all liability claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, damage, loss, cost or expense, (including legal fees on a solicitor and his own client basis), suffered or incurred by the Association either directly or indirectly by reason or arising out of the creation, execution, delivery or performance of any submission submitted to the association. I understand that I will comply with all applicable safety regulations at all times and will follow all laws and regulations applicable during my participation in the association. It is further understood that this waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk is binding on my heirs, personal representatives, legal representatives, successors and assigns. I assume full responsibility for my actions and behavior.
