Thanks, that was the trick. And yes I like the fact there is no string pulling the launcher. Last year I had one kid pull so hard that the tube fell over then launched; luckily no one got hit. This is a lot safer.bugwubber wrote: You need to drop the s from https to get the embed to work

Congratulations! That turned out really good. It looks like something a lot of people would be able to use.

My son (the one getting splashed in the video) asked if I could make it wireless. Searched eBay (also on Amazon) and found a 1 channel 12V momentary wireless switch for about $8.00. It comes with a key fob remote. I'll need to put the receiver board in a project box along with a battery supply. I'll keep everyone posted if this works.

Looks like I'm going to my local Pick-A-Part/Junkyard sometime this week. I think I'll give this a try.

Re: Electric release for Clark Cable system
Hi guys. I know this is an old topic but i have something to ask.
Today i launched my rocket 2 times (at 50 and 70psi). My problem is that that actuator is not strong enough in order to pull my 42mm pipe down. I also tried at 40psi but it wasnt created enough force either. Am i suppose to get another actuator in the opposite side to, maybe, get it works?
Forgive me if my gramma wrongs. Im not a native speaker.
