New Gardena Twist Fitting

Post by Andrew Leigh »

Hi,

sure you boys have seen this but went into the local hardware store and found a gardena fitting that twists to release.

This is excellent as all that is required is a lever around the top. No pulleys etc.

Cheers

That's really a great find! That would be incredible for a launcher and even better for a staging mechanism we have been thinking about. Thanks for sharing the discovery!

Hi,

the nice thing is they have a standard thread which fits into off the shelf plumbing accessories.

The spring is firm and has a positive feel, have not idea of how to pull the thing to pieces.
