I am currently building a rocket to utilize this larger nozzle and soon a large rocket to fit the large nozzle.

The bottles from the "office water cup machines" have a 40 mm nozzle.

You could glue a 40 mm nozzle into a regular 22 mm bottle (after removing the 22mm neck).

Making a launcher for this would be awesome.

You could win any WR-dragster speed contest with that nozzle.

AG
I haven't worked out how to launch those water coolers. a 40mm nozzle would be incredibly powerful.

Is there a bottle with a neck opening that size? That is very big.

A Gatorade Nozzle was glued in to a 1.25L bottle which was later spliced.
The rocket withstood 140psi before a leak developed in the splice where i had sanded.

Why it leaked ? Did you used other glue than PL Premium or the overlap was small ?

I used Vise which wasn't the issue. I had sanded the area where I had spliced but I sanded too deeply creating a weak spot which opened at 140psi.

That nozzle is HUGE.

Have you found a pipe that works as a launch tube that fits this wide nozzle?

That approx 26mm tube on that launcher is the closest I've found to the 30mm nozzle.
I been weighing down my rockets with recovery systems and camera modules so I'm making another 30mm nozzle rocket to overcome this extra weight!
