A water rocket is a type of model rocket using water as its reaction mass. The pressure vessel (the engine of the rocket) is constructed from thin plastic or other non metallic materials (usually a used plastic soft drink bottle) weighing 1,500 grams or less. The water is forced out by compressed air. It is an example of Newton's third law of motion.

New water rocket launcher guide

Post by Waterrocketlaunchers » Thu Aug 25, 2011 10:48 am

Hello guys,

I recently made a website to teach people who are new to the water rocketry how to construct a simple, but effective water rocket launcher out of verry few common household components. My goal is to introduce people to this scientific hobby.
The url to my guide is http://waterrocketlaunchers.com

Reviews and reactions would be greatly appreciated!
