Good Hand Pumps???

Post by Flash »

Some call these hand pumps, floor pumps. I was wanting some recommendations for a good one at a good price or if I need to spend more or not.

I have two I'm looking at right now and one cost right much.
Here is the first one: http://www.lezyne.com/en/cnc-floor-drive#tab-1

Here is the second one: http://www.antigravityresearch.com/HTML ... ochure.pdf

First one is $99 and the second one is about $29.99

Thanks,

The anti-gravity pump doesn't mention pressures over 80psi, but the lezyne claims 220! While the costs are significantly different, if you ever want to play in the 120psi range, your choice is clearly for the first. It also looks to be far better quality and should last for a long time. Checking out the same sight I found one that is a slightly more affordable option, and still claims 220psi.

If I were making the decision, my choices would be between the two from lezyne.

Thank you boss! Might even be able to find a better price on those pumps at another site, haven't really tried yet.

Thanks boss, I have a few dollars in my pocket and due to the use factor, I'm going with the Lezyne CNC pump myself. I found it for around $69+ dollars to boot. That is a savings of 30.00 and with free shipping to boot.

If I remember correctly the Lezine has the steel braided hose too so that is nice. That is a good price.

You should think about getting a really cheap high volume (lower pressure) pump. You can do the brunt of your fill with the cheap pump, and then "top it off" with the lower volume but higher pressure pump.

Thanks US Rockets. I ended up with the Floor hand pump mentioned above and the MV 50 Super Flow 12V air compressor.
