Hey there,
this easy to build an inexpensive Water Filling System helped us a lot in the last year by reducing the launch preparation time of rockets dramatically:

All you need is a pressure sprayer, a 3-Way Hose Coupling and a Regulator Valve.
Maybe this will be usefull for a few of you as well.
