Rocket Launcher Material

Hello everyone, I've been doing water rockets for 3 years and every launcher I've constructed has been made out hydraulic PVC pipes (the only thing I could afford at the time) and they worked amazingly until yesterday when one of them exploded at 120 PSI (I usually use 200-250 PSI) now I'm afraid of using the rest of my launchers. So the question is: any other material I could use for my launchers? I've seen this CPVC pipes but I don't know if they'll work.
Any help is appreciated

At those pressures, you should switch to steel pipe.

PVC capability varies with age and temp.
