i recon there should be an efficiency contest.
you have a normal 2L bottle and launch it at 100psi. so you have to think of new (or the best) ways to launch it higher. it would be a good way to measure the most efficiency rockets. what do you think?

I think it would be too hard to know if the rocket had 100PSI in it and too hard to know if the rocket went a certain height without an altimeter, which is too expensive for most people.
