You will probably be able to get between 100 and 150 Meters with the rocket you describe.

i will do, i was just testing to see what pressure 22mm pipe stufed into the bottle would hold....got to 130psi and ha d the poke it off....accidentaly shooting it at my nieghbors house

Welcome to the forum, Spanerman! With a rocket that size you could go as high as 100 meters depending on how heavy it is and how streamlined you make the rocket.
