THE OFFICIAL PEGASUS WATER ROCKETS UPDATE THREAD!

Post by heath loxton »

Hi from Pegasus Water rockets,
for the last year or so I have been working "in the dark" on establishing a water rocket programme in the western suburbs of Adelaide. I have since established a large fleet of mini, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bottle single stage water rockets that can safely fly up to 91m in altitude and return safely to the Earth under parachute. all while carrying an insect capsule, altimeter and HD camera without the use of any motors or chemicals!
I based my ideas on the Air Command water rocket programme just on a smaller scale due to the lack of large ovals, resources and time.

please enjoy my program updates on this thread from Pegasus water rockets - were up and on our way in 2014. :D

Hi Heath,

Do you have a link to a site you wish added to the "blogs and news" section? Or do you plan on posting your updates manually in this thread?

Hi Heath,

That sounds like you have built an impressive fleet. Do you have a YouTube channel or website or facebook page where you post your videos from your flights? It would be great to see what you've done!

What a fleet you've managed to assemble. They look like those old fashioned wooden Russian nesting dolls!
