*sigh* Really simple (but rule destroying) crushing sleeve design

I did not uber detail how I made this stager, because I am encouraging you to improvise. That way you can make your own version of the stager that would suit your liking. Also, the aluminum tube is in the center of the rocket, which reduces the chance of you getting hit by metal shrapnel.
Here are the materials you need:
-hand soap bottle with dispenser
-12mm ALUMINUM tube
-a caulk tube nozzle with a large lip
-16mm reinforced / unreinforced garden hose
-some seals that suit your style
NOZZLE
Cut the aluminum tube to your desired length as long as it isn't less than 96mm (8x the tube diameter). Sand if desired.
Get the pump housing of the soap dispenser and cut it in half. The upper half will be used on the nozzle, the bottom half will be the sleeve's non return valve. Keep the ball bearing and the sealer of the pump.
As expected the ID of the pump housing is ~13mm. Use electrical tape on the tip of the tube to close that 1mm gap. You will be left with a gap in the tip. Fill it with epoxy.
This way, you can use the dispenser's bottle cap.
Find a seal that suits it. A flat seal from a Gardena nozzle will work wonders.
CRUSHING SLEEVE
With the bottom end of the pump housing, the only thing you need to do is to stop the tiny ball from coming out. Find a way to do it if the sealer doesn't work.
Cut the hose the exact same length as the aluminum tube. Fit the hose over the non return valve as if it was a hose barb.
The caulk nozzle will be modified to hold the sleeve in place. Cut the nozzle's cone where it will let the aluminum tube pass through. Fit it to the opposite side of the hose. Find a seal that suits it.
Use another dispenser cap to hold it in place.
Fly high people.
