I have cut the flat part off a cap and screwed a bottle in each side. If you remove the soft gasket and poke a hole in the middle you can place it in between the throats and use it for a gasket.

if your in europe there is a connector between electrical plastic pipes that fits very tightly in there if you glue it in place its even better

See this video, after the middle it will show how to do it.

Anyway, I think you could put a 9mm gardena nozzle in each bottle and connect it with 2-way quick-release (it´s difficult to find it).

That's a pretty cool idea. I don't think it would stand up to super high pressure. You could do the same thing using a tornado tube coupler. The threads might be better and the plastic stiffer.

You could also try a Batkiter coupling whitout disasemble the internals.
(Don´t disasemble the internals because it will became a multi-stage rocket)

You should put a gardena quick-release in one throat and a male gardena nozzle in the other.

Here is another way to connect:

This coupler involves drilling holes in two bottle caps and epoxying them into a short length of 1" pvc thinwall pipe. They're cheap and easy to make, and you can easily chain together many double-ended bottles, with no tools. Of course this depends on double ended bottles.

i have made 1 that withstands atleast 100psi. suprising but the glue i used to glue the lids together was Hot Melt.
first drill holes in both lids, then hot melt glue both lids together, then hot melt glue a peice of bottle plastic around the lids (alot o glue).

What if you used a wood burning pen or a soldering iron to make the hole between the caps and you smooshed the plastic around the edges of the holes together until it melted and formed a weld between the caps?
