I finally got hold of the video that was made at the Water Rocket School event I took part in last year. There isn't much on it but I thought you might be interested in some footage of the 2L backgliding recovery rocket that I flew in the demonstration.
The rocket has a 22mm nozzle, dry weight is 150g, launched at 6 BAR.

Our backglider rockets often came down a lot faster... we used FTC tubes for ours so they were much thinner so they had less drag.afi1014 wrote:nice....

Of course they also came down even faster when a wind gust upset the balance and they transitioned back into normal flight attitude.
