This is pretty neat. Its nice to see new technology advancing!

I'd love to know how they can keep the rocket centered in their camera view so well with such a high magnification zoom lens! I would use that for videotaping water rockets!

I suspect they are using RADAR to aim the camera. I don't think any of us will be able to do the same thing soon .
