Well, at -9 today I tried again and a lot of the water made it to the ground so I'd say no.

At 1 degree here today I try it and it worked but as you said most fell to the ground. Like a cloud it cooled!

What is the average temp there? Is it typically below zero? In Maryland here it is typically 10 to 20 degrees and in the morning 3 to -2.

Janary is usually pretty cold but its not often we see -20s. Gonna hit +30 tomorrow and then back to flippin cold (-18)by Monday.

That is "cool" that you guys got -18. I wish it were that cold here. But it look like we will stick to the low teens for now, unless global cooling starts! It is usually about +15 but tomorrow were looking at +20 to +30. I am surprised you guys have it so warm sometimes up there. But then I guess it can dip low too. Seems that the patterns are the same because on Monday forecast has it that we'll be at +4 to -2. Negative is pretty rare here!

Guess the weatherman got it right. -17, feels like -42. Going to launch a water rocket as soon as the wind dies down.
