School Club Fundraising?

Post by skysaber89 »

Hello everybody

Being in high school and having an interest in rocketry, I decided to start up a rocketry club. It's a bit of a rough start, as most would imagine. The major issues we have right now is our funding. We currently have very little money reserved for projects. Also, unfortunately, I could not do a water only club, because people dont think that water rockets are as cool or as fun as pyro rockets (crazy I know).

We do charge an entry dues of $15, but that went real quick when we bought some rocket kits.

I therefore pose this question to the world. What do you guys think would be the best way to raise some money for our newly founded club?

thanks everybody

Well, the best thing to do is to loan some dough or ask for Christmas.

Usually I get my funds from my daily school allowance (PHP70-50= 20--my school allowance) and now I have 250 weekly. And if you're a team, then all of you can contribute. Then you won't have a problem with funding.
