can you please explain why i couldn't log in with anoymous anymore? I made a new account to try if it was a general flaw, but no.
i can't log into my original account from any browser and from any computer.

so after experimenting a bit, i came to the conclusion i can actually log in. (the site shows anoymous is online (i clicked "login" with that account on one browser while i logged in with this one in another browser)
the error all browsers give me is "net:ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

edit: some of them also give Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)

I looked at the code and do not see any issues. I"reset" everything and purged the cache. Try again and let me know if there are any more issues. The server seems a bit slow today so there may be an issue there which I have no control over. If that is the case it will probably clear up on its own.

to clarify: it isn't a temporary problem i think, as it already lingers for over a month

I have had the same problem for several weeks. It is just now working again. I was getting an error about too many redirects. Yesterday I tried and the site came up, but it looked completely different and said I was logged in when I really wasn't.

I made a couple of changes tonight to rectify the issue. Let me know if this corrects it. I have been making changes to the code on the main website which could have caused some of the issues you have seen.

And back to the same problem with the anoymous account

The site was unable to be used for almost a month for me. Today is the first day it would let me get through.

No offense, but what ever you have been doing is not working!!

Been battling with a hacker who hacked the server we leased space on who was using it a a spam relay station. The server was so busy sending spam out to whoever, that it was too busy to send the legit web pages out. None of our databases were compromised and I think the problem has been taken care of now.
