What Coca-cola can do to your health.

Post by RaZias »

Well, since I am a health professional I decided to inform people about Coca-cola and other drinks.

-->The positive point:

Coca-cola contains cafeine so it may protect you from Parkinson.

-->The bad points:

Drinks with sugar may increase obstruction of arteries ramifications since the sugar will dry in the walls of the arteries (it will also reduce the amount of O2 absorption).
It increases the tendency to brain stroke.

Altough drinks like Coca-cola Zero might avoid that (since they haven´t sugar) they have substance that induce inflamation of arteries ramification wich will increase the tendency for a brain stroke.

--------> So what to do ?

Remember your body needs water and not a drink.
(you need to get hidratated and not "drink-a-tated")

Don´t drink just to have a bottle...prefer a FTC

Did anyone see the stories in the news about the chemical used in baby bottles which is bad for humans. There was even talk of banning the plastic bottles. If they use the same chemical in out soda bottles that banning that chemical may have serious repercussions for water rockets. Can anyone say "bottle hoarding".

So if you are traveling to a place where the water is not recommended for drinking and so you have to choose a soft drink then you should avoid decaffeinated beverages because they have no positives?

It doesn´t matter if it has caffein or not, chose one that has no sugar on it.
Sugar is bad to your health, the problem of caffein is it will increase dehidratation.
Prefer coca-cola light or zero, in fact nutricionist really state they have zero calories.

Caffein is a substance assimilated by 90% to our brain, it protects you from Parkinson
it increases the speed to memorize (but only in the first weeks!).

Caffein has no backdraw, the only problem is that affects your long-term memory when you are very old...you will have memory problems in elderness even if you drink it or not.

Just a funny topic: Cola and cocaine
see the relationship between "cocaine leaves" and coca-cola processament in Wikipedia.
It isn´t a "conspiration theory" because the coca-cola claimed in a court in Brasil that they buyed tonnes of coke leaves from bolivia.
They didn´t stated the use for it.

That´s way Coca-cola is adictive.

I thought that when Coca-Cola was first invented that it did have a small amount of cocaine in it and there were many other products with it as an ingredient as well. Back then Cocaine was used much the same way we use caffeine today. When cocaine was outlawed they replaced it with caffeine as a replacement for the stimulant effects.

There was a TV show I saw about this not long ago.

What kinds of foods come on that plastic? I thought that only PET was used for food because they found chemicals in PVC bottles years ago.

I have a bunch of coke bottles here and they don't have any symbol on them at all! What's the deal with that?

2 liters a day...

Caffeine acelarates the release of gastric acid in the stomach, you might increase your chances of getting a stomach ulcera.

I belive you can´t tolarate well a vodka because your stomach is to damaged.
( try a glass of vodka and you will see...).

I knew a dude that would almost puked due to vodka, he said he couldn´t handle it.
Guess what ? He drinks a lot of coca-cola.

A funny thing was when a acunpuncture therapeute made an diagnostic by it´s ear she said "your stomach is very bad".

In that poit scientific therapy and alternative are in agree.

In an interesting experiment the sugar from one soft drink was able to
damage the white blood cells' ability to ingest and kill gonococcal bacteria
for seven hours.Soft drinks also contain large quantities of phosphorus, which when
excreted pulls calcium out of the bones. Heavy users of soft drinks will
have osteoporosis along with their damaged arteries.

High ingestion of cafeine by itself also induces the loss of bone mass

Isn't it generally known that soft drinks are bad for your body and your figure?
