Real Cars with Air engine

Post by RaZias »

This is a video of a car made in france that works with air as fuel.
It was the doble of the autonomy of a electric car and can go at 110 km/h, the Koenisegg enterprise that made a 400 km/h car had showed interest in this tecnhology but I don´t know any movements from their part.

There's been a lot of discussion of this technology in the past couple of years in the auto industry because the technology is much less expensive than electric motors and batteries and essentially performs the same function. Furthermore, a small gasoline engine installed on the car could act as a compressor in the event of a depletion of air pressure miles from a supply station, so a "hybrid" design could be made as well.
