Welcome to the Water Rocket Forum, sponsored by The Water Rocket Achievement World Record Association.

Since our founding in 2003, we've become the largest, most sophisticated and ground breaking group supporting you, the serious water rocket flyer! Whether you are a beginner or an expert, the WRA2 has something for everyone.

A water rocket is a type of model rocket using water as its reaction mass. The pressure vessel (the engine of the rocket) is constructed from thin plastic or other non metallic materials (usually a used plastic soft drink bottle) weighing 1,500 grams or less. The water is forced out by compressed air. It is an example of Newton's third law of motion.

Haha, great book. So this is just like a plastic fence. I suppose it could be used also for the water rocket car cage if they let you use plastic but I think it has to be metal mesh.

The first full speed test of the Mayhem Bobsled scheduled for tonight had to be postponed on account of snow. Here's the launcher on the trailer one hour after I loaded it.

Enough that Wildlife Refuge cancelled a Snowshoe hike because of too much snow.

Looks to be 2 ft minimum in the front, as deep as 4ft in the back. Sled mountain is now 8ft. The view from my back garage door.

It's not even March yet and we've already had to replace the impeller belt on our snow thrower. It usually lasts 2 winters!
