nice work Plenty of run off room there on the beach.
I guess the sand was really hard as I cant see the wheels digging in. Was the sand flat or sloping to the right .. did this account for the car moving to the right ?
I like the shot of the dog checking it out !!

I like the fact of using the Mecano as structure instead of wood, it's more faster and simpler to construct !
I hope you can put a radio controled system on it.

Re: my water rocket car
thanks both of you
yeah i went to the beach to have some fun with my dog and RC cars and just tought about letting the WRC tag along :P the tide was going down, leaving moist flat sand, just moist enough to hold together but not enough to stick to the wheels. actualy the slope was near 0 degrees maybe 1 or 2, i figured out when i went home some sand got in the right wheels, creating a lot more friction on one side, making it turn right. and yeah, my dog gets very exited once he sees a water rocket,or anything that moves actualy...he jumped on my RC plane once just after landing RIP plane....nice work Plenty of run off room there on the beach.

yep, i use mecano on it so i can easily change it around as it is one of my first cars, i can change the fins, rear wings and so on! only problem is the weight of the car, 650g without the bottles...but it gives it good momnetum.only prolem with mecano....rust.....I like the fact of using the Mecano as structure instead of wood, it's more faster and simpler to construct !

You can paint the mecano parts with a anti-rust spray

Re: my water rocket car
If you paint each part separated (before making the car) and then you put ruber discs between each hole (so the friction doesn't take out the anti-rust paint), I think it would work.
