Idea for a WR-hover

The following site is an example of a simple hovercraft toy, I think that is possible to make a structure like that using computers fan below and a rocket in the top.
The rocket in the top would obviously avoid the need of a rear fan.

i dont see how that would be usefull as there is only a limited amount of water available while this toy sucks air from the atmosphere so it can run for much longer

Even so, the limited amount of water is really heavy, and makes it very hard to lift.

ok you could wire it up to a garden hose.....
