First flight of the season

Post by U.S. Water Rockets1 »

The ice finally dropped in our primary landing area and we were able to get the rowboat out so we would be able to recover the rocket. We were able to test out a new laminar flow nozzle and some new electronics experiments in directional control. The tests were very encouraging.

We are preparing a report which we will upload soon, but we wanted to give a sneak preview of the flight:

Nice picture!!!

What was the altitude?
If it has been done, I can do it...
If not, give me some time to find out how!
