Arduino and Gyroscopes

Post by T86157 »

Yes, this is an apogee problem haha. I am wanting to make an apogee detector using an Arduino Pro Mini (5v, 328) with an Gyroscope L3G4200D. Has anyone done something similar with an Arduino? I know there's a uMAD apogee detector out there but I was wanting to start off with a bit more from "scratch". If anyone has done this, is there any library compatible with the Pro Mini I'm using and where could I find one? I've seen libraries for this gyroscope for Duemilanoves and Megas but no Pro Mini, so I am unsure if this still works with the board.
