Team. [D&P] parachute system

Here is our parachute system.

Its based on a system that i got from hans stofmeel.
It uses a tommy timer. It is extualy a verry eazy parachute system to build. If you have any questions about it. Just ask!

That's very ingenious how you've made the door by wrapping a bottle backwards over the hole. The door acts like it's own spring that way and there's no way for it to get stuck! Nice work.

Thnx!

The door is made of a peace of pet bottle. Just cut a cilindrical shape out of a bottle. Then turn it inside out and screw it to the parachute chamber. Then when u stretch it around the parachute chamber and when you let it go it wil spring back.

I remember finding the website of a Dutch guy who made a deploy system like this. Is that the same one? Is the site still up? Thankyou.

Yes its olmost the same. But we tuned it a bit. We made it lighter and in our eyes better.
