Yup, it can be a bit of a hassle to find, but most big electronics suppliers do stock them, or can order them in. They are mostly available in 2G, 5G and 10G activation classes.
I've also emailed you the package and instructions.

If you are looking for a more affordable and easy to program update of this idea, you should look at this free alternative: http://www.wra2.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1599

You can made a complete servo deploy system by following these instructions for about $10US.

Does the display show anything? I can't see anything being shown on the display in the photo. (it doesn't look like you have a battery connected to it anyway)
When the system is armed it will beep once per second. Is this what you are hearing?

Well i disconnected it case its really irritating. Well instead of beeping once all it does is to buzz till the battery dies! DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH: DOH:

So did anything show up on the display? ... you can disconnect the buzzer while testing.

Okay, just to check,
1. Have you downloaded the HEX file to the PIC? What programmer and program did you use?
2. What is the part number of your LED display? Is it a common cathode? It looks like you have wired the LED display directly to the PIC without using the current limiting resistors as are shown in the circuit diagram. This will likely blow the LEDs in the display if you don't have them.
From the circuit diagram did you wire the PIC to the display pin numbers? It may be that your particular LED display has a different pin out then in the circuit diagram. Look at the pinout of your display and match the lower case letters on the circuit diagram to match the wires going to the PIC.
3. Since it is on a breadboard, the easiest way to test what's wrong is rip everything up and then take it step by step:
- Wire up your voltage regulator and its associated capacitors only and check that you have 5 V coming out. What battery are you using? Is it fully charged? You should be using a 9V with this set up.
With each of the following steps make sure you turn the power off before making changes to the circuit.
- Connect only the PIC to the power-supply and wire up the LED display, connecting it to the PIC via the resistors. Power it on and look at the display. The PIC should go though it's start up sequence on the display.
- If that works, connect up the arm and program switches with their resistors. Turn it on, and you should be able to arm it. The display should go through the armed sequence.
- Connect up the transistor and the buzzer and test that they work.
- Connect up the G-switch (or regular switch) and check that it works and triggers the timer.
- If you have gotten to this point and everything is working then connect up the servo motor and test it.

Just a side note, with these breadboards the horizontal connector rails on the outside are interrupted in the middle make sure you are not relying on these being connected all the way from one end to the other.

Let me know which step you get up to.
