Launchpad altimeter

Hi, I have built a launchpad altimeter and want to delete all memory and REINSTALL the software from scratch. I had used an old servo and when i turned it on, it went crazy ... so i turned it off. Tried another and same thing. Board seems fine though. Thought if i used a new servo and tried again would be OK?
