AlTImeter MSP430

OK so last week i was testing my msp430g2 board by plugging it into the usb and everything seemed to work. I come back from vacation today to plug it in and while using FET -Pro430, the verify security fuse failed. When i press it, the two lights blink rapidly for a second then stop. Also when it is just plugged in or on lipo power the red and green lights are dim while the power light is normal?
