Welcome to the Water Rocket Forum, sponsored by The Water Rocket Achievement World Record Association.

Since our founding in 2003, we've become the largest, most sophisticated and ground breaking group supporting you, the serious water rocket flyer! Whether you are a beginner or an expert, the WRA2 has something for everyone.

A water rocket is a type of model rocket using water as its reaction mass. The pressure vessel (the engine of the rocket) is constructed from thin plastic or other non metallic materials (usually a used plastic soft drink bottle) weighing 1,500 grams or less. The water is forced out by compressed air. It is an example of Newton's third law of motion.

Modellraketen Forum

Postby oliver » Fri Apr 23, 2010 11:04 am

This is a German discussion board about all kinds of rocketry including water rockets:

http://www.modellraketen-forum.de

The board was established in 1998, the oldest model rocketry forum in German language. It´s the only larger independant German rocketry board, not related with any organization. Members are discussing pyro as well as water rockets (a water rocketry section was established a couple of years ago). Most of them are from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Sure I will do! I would be glad if you could place a link to the forums section of this webpage?

You may also add a link to the Water Rocket Forum to the links directory of http://www.europerocketry.com, the European rocketry portal (registration required).

Greetings,

Oliver
