A water rocket is a type of model rocket using water as its reaction mass. The pressure vessel (the engine of the rocket) is constructed from thin plastic or other non metallic materials (usually a used plastic soft drink bottle) weighing 1,500 grams or less. The water is forced out by compressed air. It is an example of Newton's third law of motion.

Okay, regarding MK's idea, how about filling the 5mm (85-95mm - 1L to 1.5L) gap with drinking straws? That way you won't need the green tube plus the straws keep the tank aligned.

If I built a similar rocket with added features (quad cluster booster, extended falsebottom and an FTC third stage, with a 2mm nozzle lol) and flown in a lower pressure, let's say 70 psi, do you think it could go higher than 1157 feet?

Hey Alex the simulators say it maxes out at 1200feet! (actually it's 1199.5) Your rocket is epic! I'm gonna steal the ideas here...
