I made this water rocket about 2 years ago and I have came a long way since then.
This was my first launcher. The tutorial for it is at http://sciencetoymaker.org/waterRocket/index.htm
I now use a garden hose quick attachment launcher for safety.
If you are looking for me, I am the kid in the blue shirt (not the one holding the launcher)

You don't need a parachute to launch a rocket, but you need a parachute to launch a rocket twice.

The picture you got with the rocket just on the end of the tube is cool! I have never been able to catch the rocket that way. I think my camera has a lag in the shutter that delays when the photo is snapped.FlightCommand wrote:I made this water rocket about 2 years ago and I have came a long way since then.

Yeah, I will have more pictures of my next rocket: Splicon soon. It is called splicon because it is my first rocket to use a spliced pressure vessel.
