Good find Brian! Why would anyone want to try to make a water rocket hover? (other than as a math exercise). The stability would be the main deterrent.

It's alot easier to calculate something when both velocity and acceleration are zero. The thing I find confusing is why he wants to calculate the exhaust velocity of vomit needed for a person to hover. (calculating mine)
