zetez's things

Post by zetez »

I'm starting this topic to have a place where I can post progress in my work.

Actually, I'm working on new nozzle and launcher. Video from tests:

I don't have enough money to buy a tomy timer so, now, I'm working on other parachute deployment systems.

First - parachute deployment using windmill. http://www.wra2.org/forum/download/file.php?id=969 explains that idea.

I've done simple, 1,5l rocket, R-12. Then I've done parachute deployment system. But - it didn't work in air. First flight was big crash :|.

It is but I found a free fan from an old, out of use computer.

I did two airflap systems and both didn't work. They aren't for my patience ;). Now, I'm working on parachute deployment that use "kołnierz oporowy" (Google Translator says that in English this is "flange buttress" but I'm not sure). It works in 50% of flights. I will post video from flight soon.
