Three rockets:

Epsilon 1.25L (inline deploy test)

The rocket I lashed together to try out the inline deployment style was not stable enough, it corkscrewed badly. The deployment module survived although I swiped the parachute out of it to replace a ripped one (see below.) I'll try this again as soon as I have a flyable 1L rocket.

Delta 6L (7mm couplings test)

I widened the bore of the nylon couplings in this rocket from 4.5mm to 7mm. Everything else was the same as last time. Two flights, in the first the chute deployed on the way up (again) and was ripped up (again); it managed to land fairly softly (again.) Replaced the chute and gave it another try, and got over 70m but the deploy didn't trigger. Very hard landing, deployment module crushed like a bug.

Gamma 1L (backglider)

I usually fly this rocket between other rockets crashing and burning to keep my morale up. It is always a lovely flight. Sadly it doesn't like being launched at 8 Bar, which was what I did for the final launch (not in the video). A fin was partially detached, it had a wild and disappointingly short flight.

So, three rockets; three crashes. Lots of fun, though.

Very nice. I've been noticing most people use couplings that have approx 7mm through hole. I'm wondering, what's the largest through hole available?
Would anyone be interested in a coupling with a 1/2" i.d. passage?

It's all down to the available hardware I guess. The commonest threaded lamp rod called 1/8 IPS is 3/8" (~10mm) O.D. Other standard sizes exist and may be available, see pic below, but the problem then is finding suitable nuts to match; 1/8 IPS nuts are easy to find...

I always wondered what that acronym meant. Thanks for clearing that up and for posting the chart. That is useful info I filed away!

You should look for threaded plastic pipe. It would naturally have to come in larger diameters and would be a lot safer than metal. We've measured very high speeds (250-300feet/sec) in our analysis of exploding bottle debris.

What is the music on the video ? It sounds to me the a brazilian style of music called "Bossa Nova".

I am portuguese so I easly guessed it was a brazilian style, "Bossa Nova style" is "Brazilian Jazz" there for the end of credits say "Jazz Samba".

and projectiles weighing about 10-20grams moving at 250fps would and could penetrate the human skull. SO BEWARE!

250 fps that´s nearly 270 km/h wow!

Anyway if someone utilises Teflon instead of metal I just remember you, bullets that can perfurate Kevlar vests are made of Teflon...nothing will save you!
