I really love my Avatar! The Apollo 11 Haynes manual!

Thanks again!
Am I exposing my ignorance by admitting I don't know what a Haynes manual is?

Haynes manuals are Car repair books with photos and lots onf How-to... They have created different books for almost every car on the market and still continue to do so...

They take pictures of a mecanics doing the job and explain further. It's a life saver in some situation!
If it has been done, I can do it...
If not, give me some time to find out how!

Hello WRA2.. There is something happening with the fonts on the site.

They were already hard to read but now it's worst! They have changed for Dark grey on Dark background... I can almost not see the letters !

Have a nice day,

Try firefox. It is working for me.

There may be an issue with IE since IE9 came out that I will look in to and test with older versions.

By examining the source code, it appears that you have not set a default font color for the site...
All boxes, titles, usenames, ... have a color. Plain text does not. i think the font color is just not defined... and for a reason I don't know, FireFox does not see that... or maybe FF has some sort of "intelligence" to display readable light color fonts if the backgroud is black (#000000)???

My thaughts.. you are the expert!

I tried it with IE9 and the font was the correct color so it must be the earlier versions that there is a problem with.

Is anyone else having the same issue with the font color being too dark. If so please tell me what browser you use. TH:

We use IE8 and the text is dark grey, not as light as it used to be.

I have just realised something, in firefox, the text is displayed in white, but the font is NOT Helvetica as it is supposed to be...

Did you change something in the templates in the last 5 days ? because it was okay last week....

Nothing has changed with the templates this year. The last template change was on Jan 1.

I believe in firefox there is an option to choose the fonts that all pages display in and override the stylesheets of the sites.
