Stage rocket design

Hey :D ,

I'm new on this forum but i have a lot of experience with single stage rockets.

Now i would like to try making stage rockets, but i have no idea how i should make the mechanism SC: .
Can somebody post a clear manual on how to make a stage mechanism?

You probably would want to try making what is called a "crushing sleeve" staging mechanism. If you search on that term there is most likely a discussion here somewhere.

Hold the phone!!!!!
Don't use a crushing sleeve, in all honesty they are not as reliable as some others.
See this page, I've tried it and it works a treat.

Our team has used crushing sleeves for many years very reliably. You must not be building them right.
