A water rocket is a type of model rocket using water as its reaction mass. The pressure vessel (the engine of the rocket) is constructed from thin plastic or other non metallic materials (usually a used plastic soft drink bottle) weighing 1,500 grams or less. The water is forced out by compressed air. It is an example of Newton's third law of motion.

There's been a huge spam operation taking place over the last few days, all taking the form of random questions posed in inappropriate forums.

It seems to be aimed at collecting fresh email adresses from enraged forum members who reply to the spam messages. Ignore.

I moved this topic to a more appropriate forum in case anyone actually wants to discuss ping pong. Didn't someone use ping pong balls as nosecones some time ago?
