Just wanted to thank you guys for the helpful hints. Finished making the nozzle and everything seems to be sealing on the test bottle. Now I am ready to finish my water rocket and do some launches. Thanks again for all your help and thanks for this site.

Hi George and Steve,
Thanks for the help. George, the inner tube seals worked wonders for sealing the nozzle. I pressurized the rocket to 100 psi and got 5 good launches today. Now it is time to work on a recovery system.
