hi, im a new rocketer-wanna be from mexico, unluckily there is almost imposible to find the correct parts and everything is too expensive :(

Sounds like you'll have to team up with someone to get the resources you need. Maybe a local school or college would like to get involved in a water rocket challenge project and you can get their assistance in finding or making the parts required.
