as wenjiun replied,

that's correct, been trying to buy online,
they dont:
ship outside the States
accept foreign Credit Cards

at least they were friendly and professional and prompt

That sucks.

Can you register with PayPal over there?

yes, I have registered a PayPal account that links to my credit card, therefore I usually have no problem paying online. The problem usually is shipping.

In Malaysia we used to have problem getting money from PayPal if we were to sell something online (such as in ebay etc.). There is no easy way to cash out money from PayPal. But I think this has been solved recently as PayPal officially entered into Malaysia.

Back to the topic, we are trying now to get friends/relatives in US to send back the PL Premium Glue to us.

hi isekb

sure! there's plenty of literature here and on the Net.

what nozzle size are you launching? 22mm (full bore) or 9mm Gardena nozzle (restricted with the garden quick disconnect) ?

i'm launching with 22mm, i used 20mm PVC components. The 20mm PVC socket, needs to be machined (by a machine shop) to fit the PET bottles we get in M'sia. Shouldnt cost you more than RM20-30.

the rest you can fix up yourself with simple tools and PVC glue.

Thanks for the info and pictures, I'm also launching with 22mm.
My problem is to make a groove for the O ring. The 20mm PVC that I can get is too thin to make a groove. I also can't get smaller PVC pipe (I think it is not available in Malaysia) to insert in the 20mm PVC like I had read in the internet.

you'll need to use the 20mm SOCKET (to join 2 pipes together) and have it machined slightly to the bottle's size.

in doing this, you're making a Clark Cable launcher

You mean the 20mm socket will be machined to fit the inner neck of the bottle and act as a seal? (no need O ring @ rubber seal)
and I guess the 20mm socket have to be machined slightly tappered.
I'm not making a Clark Cable launcher, but if this method can seal the WR like the O ring @ rubber seal did, I can try to my launcher.
