Easy o-ring system for 22mm

Post by RaZias »

I am in france and I saw a farm product (at about 2.45 euros) where you stick a bottle on it.

Just look at product in the middle (connected to a cutted bottle)

http://www.iriso.fr/uk/

It has a circular rubber around a plastic but surely you could melt the center of the plastic to insert and glue a metalic tube to make it "pressure proof".

This is a simple solution to those who want to make a 22mm launcher but have problems to put and adjust an o-ring.

Surely there is a similiar product on "farm/garden related shops" in USA or any other place.

Here is the rubber being sold separately at 0.75 euros:

That's a pretty cool idea. You could probably use a piece of threaded pipe that you heat with a stove or torch to melt threads into the inside of the plastic, which would work very well too!
