Calling all Filipino WRA2 members

Hi, I am the new kid from the Philippines, precisely Cebu. I have been in the hobby for four years now, and yet I haven't personally encountered another rocketeer. I have seen only 5 other WRA members, and the nearest on to me is around 3,000 miles away. Can anyone please tell me if other filipino water rocketeers are present?
