Hi!
I got started on water rocketry back in 2009 when I was searching for an easy and inexpensive way of building and flying rockets. With the support of Air Command Water Rockets my rockets became increasingly complex and reached higher altitudes. Later I took a break from rockets to do a degree in Physics and moved from Spain to Finland to complete my studies.
My Physics and electronics knowledge allowed me to build electronics to record flight data and automate water rocket recovery as you can see in the video down below:
