if you splice a tube into the middle of a bottle. howe to make a parachutesystem for it because I wont like i if the rocket
crashes into the ground from a big hight.

There are literally dozens of different ways to make a parachute system for a water rocket. Our fellow forum member Air Command just wrote a document that lists examples of every type ever submitted. You can also just google on the words and come up with hundreds of links to other peoples sites with details.
