compressed inner rubber tubing seal instead of the o ring design?
Just like the o ring design with cable ties or fingers, but with a section of rubber that gets compressed into the nozzle ID while engaging the ties/fingers to the nozzle flange?
Anybody here use the launcher design with the compressed..

No. I alternatively used a rubber stopper like the one shown above. That seems to work with a lot of nozzle sizes. It compresses if you force the nozzle down far enough. What I found helps using a rubber stopper is to lubricate it with oil so the nozzle can come off easier while still retaining a strong seal. I am going to try o-rings next...
