different water rocket

I was wondering if this idea exists:

A water rocket that is like an RC airplane. Meaning you launch it just like a normal water rocket but then it is remote controlled so you can keep it in the air for an extremely long time and fly/glide it around. That would be really cool

I might try and take this task on for myself. Rip an rc car or airplane apart and smack it into a water rocket :P something like that, but obviously more sophisticated. :P
